Harkins is a general contractor specializing in construction management of multi-family, commercial, and government projects. The award-winning headquarters for Harkins Builders was a successful collaboration between the design firm and ACI.
ACI’s team worked to produce an efficient furniture layout maximizing the available space while considering building constraints. The project included over 50 Teknion Leverage workstations, 12 private offices, 6 conference & huddle Rooms, café, multipurpose rooms, lounge, lobby, and accessories. Extremely happy with the level of service we provided, Harkins asked ACI to furnish an additional 25-person expansion in Columbia, MD and another 15-person field office in Wayne, PA.
